Guest guest
After a hysterectomy 10 years ago my weight increased over a period of 5 years. In the first year I gained 3 kilos and now I am up to 10 kilos of overweight. I have tried numerous diets - to no avail. I am quite sportive, do a lot of walking and my job keeps me relatively fit. My weight is now pretty stable, but it's too much and is affecting my good health. I recently found out that my blood pressure is way too high, something that I never suffered from before. Diagnosis - lose weight!!! I don't know what to do anymore - I would not say that I over eat. I have craving for chocolate sometimes, but I just don't buy it anymore and my chocolate cravings come only in the winter months. I realise that my body has changed and is probably still going through changes, but I did not expect such an increase in weight. Has anyone else had this experience? Regards cdwarf (dwarf only in height not in width!!)
