yogurt and no water in the yogourmet

Hi,

I just made a batch of yogurt and forgot to put the

water in the outer container. It smells ok and looks

ok, is it ... ok?

Will that ruin my yogourmet?

Also, I am on digest, and may have missed responses,

but has anyone canned fruit out there in a legal SCD

way?
