Kathleen Buerosse posted an announcement to the cause HELP NOW! Young adults with developmental disabilities deserve a better future.

----------------Raise $8,000 for Transition House End Date: August 26 A generous donor has given us a two bedroom home to use to help young people this DD learn the life skills they will need and give them the confidence to move into their own home when the time comes. Volunteers will help support the young adults but we need to hire qualified behavior assistants to provide training on a part time bases. No donation is too small. Help us to give young people the same option of having an independent life as their typical peers. My birthday wish. The digits that make up my age add up to eight. Please donate $8 or guess my age and donate that amount. $17 or $26 if you think I am young and $71 or $80 if you don't. The prize for getting my age right is !!!!!!!!!!!! you get to help make a difference in some young peoples lives. ----------------
