My daughters are 16 months apart. My youngest, was toilet trained by 18

months. had no problem with everyone else using the toilet.

We had a potty chair in our bathroom for almost 6 years. At various times it

held LEGOs, a collection of Barbie Doll Heads (don't even ask, it was a short

term interest), as well as being used as a footrest.

Have you talked to your pedi about Encopresis? This may be the problem with

not being bm trained...

My son was potty trained at 6 but just half way in fact it was probably

around 6.5..He will be 8 in a few days and still we are not bm trained...so
