Guest guest
Welcome Natasha IE is a daily struggle but anything that is worth doing is a struggle and IE like you said beats dieting any day of the week. I hope that you enjoy the groupthere are many wise supportive and wonderful people here. Eva My name is Natasha. I am really happy to be part of the group.I have gotten pretty into intuitive eating over the past few months. I lost some weight on weight watchers about 12 years ago, but it's been tough for me to lose weight on Weight Watchers since then. I got to the point where I realized that diets don't work, and now I have little hope of ever following one again. It was then that I learned about intuitive eating and it really has been a godsend. I am finally learning how to listen to my body's signals and eat when I am hungry. I am still struggling with not eating when I have had enough food. I also really have a tough time when I go out or go to someone's home; I just eat and eat and eat. I know that it takes a long time to re-learn how to eat. I try not to get mad at myself and instead try to understand why I eat the way I do. It's a process. I know that dieting is not an option and intuitive eating definitely beats compulsive eating any day of the week! An Excellent Credit Score is 750. See Yours in Just 2 Easy Steps! Guest guest
Thanks, everyone, for being so welcoming! I don't think this will be a quick or easy path, but I think it's the right one for me, and I know having support will be incredibly valuable. I've been reading through past messages, and I adore the way you all are so positive and supportive of one another. Thanks for letting me be a part of it. Dawn > > Hi Dawn. I can so relate to the eating in front of the tv, the brownies gone too quick, etc. I think you will really love
