..post your menus for a couple days and let some of the long timers critique your meals. It sounds like you are not getting the proper vitamins, proper mix of protein/good carbs and possibly too much artificial sugars. Remember, even those artificial ones can trigger real sugar ones when you indulge too much and too often.

You should be way past the craving stage..so something is definitely not right.

Are you taking vitamins? Extra Calcium as the book suggests? What about the B complex stress vitamins? Women of our age really need those daily...without fail.
