I hope everyone is having a great holiday. I have had a really good

day so I thought I would get my butt on line and check in with

everyone. :-)

We are doing well. Ebony is still on the waiting list for the

Floortime home program and we are still waiting to hear on the

service dog. I will be calling next week to check on the status of

her application. I'll let you all know.

We had a good Christmas. Ebony got lots of stuff that she isn't even

close to being interested in. But at least likes the new toys.

LOL. It was really strange for me having him there and actually

opening presents and getting excited. Ebony opened her stocking

stuff, but showed no interest in the new stuff. Oh well. Maybe next

year. Terry made her a really nice doll house. I bought the

furniture and dolls to go in it. It is really nice. I figure that

it will come in handy when she starts with the floortime.

I somehow screwed up my checkbook. I " lost " an eight hundred dollar

deposit. Don't ask me how. It is recorded in the checkbook, but the

bank has no record and I can't find the deposit slip. So we are

really struggling now. Hopefully we can get caught up this next

month. I feel like a total loser though.

I got denied again for my surgery. I am really struggling with my

depression too. This denial didn't help. My insurance is really not

wanting to pay for the surgery. I can't self pay either. I have no

way of getting twenty five grand. LOL. I have contacted the human

resources dept and they sent my info out to corporate so I should

hear back from them soon. I also contacted a lawyer and as soon as I

can get the money to retain him I am going to. He specializes in

getting approval for this surgery. It is just devastating to me that

they are admitting that the surgery is necessary medically and still

will not give approval for it. That is why I have insurance for

Pete's sake. It is just not right.

Anyway, I have been reading some posts here and there and hope

everyone is doing well. But to those of you are struggling I send

you big hugs and hope it gets better soon.
