My name is Amee Cohen, I am an OT tx in Ft lauderdale,Davie, Pembroke Pines and City...some Weston. I have a small office in Davie and in Jan, one in Pembroke. Looking for a COTA. Any leads or reccommendations?

For those of you that are planning to get a religious exemption from vaccinations from the Broward County Health Dept, the Dr to sign them is only there Thursdays from 8:30 to 4:00.I went Tuesday and they gave me the form but I had to come back Thursday and wait to get it signed.Steve
