After not eating all my points yesterday I can't seem to get enough to eat today. I had always thought that starvation mode meant that your body held on to all the calories you put into it but now I'm thinking that it means that if you don't give your body the full requirement each day it triggers your mind to eat and eat and eat. At least that is what happened starting last night. my day begins with my evening meal and after working outside all day yesterday but really hard for 4 hours and not eating because I got too much sun and felt ill, I did feel better after having my shower. So I made what I thought was a good supper. Actually it was but the ice cream and brownie that I had later wasn't. Then this morning I woke up starving so I ended up having 2 breakfasts instead of one. I had one at 8 and another at 10:30. Then at noon I was hungry again so I had my lunch which was leftovers from supper. Now I am totally WAAAAY over on points. I am going to post my journal now so hopefully I will know that I can't eat another thing.

I'm just going to do it here now instead of going to Journaltosuccess. I will go there later.
