Different companies have different policies, with some there aren't any co pays for Dr visits. You need to read the policy, if it's group there should be a certificate you can read. I rarely trust the people that answer the phone. ( I was told my coverage terminated 7-31-08, when in fact Miki had surgury that was preapproved on 9/04 and the check to the hospital was in the mail but the person on the phone was telling me we had no insurance.)
