Guest guest Posted March 18, 2009 Report Share Posted March 18, 2009 Hello my fellow IE'ers, I need to vent and share with everyone about my fixation on food. I feel very distracted by food and the thoughts of food. I can be eating and am concerned and preoccupied with when my next meal will be. Any thoughts on dealing with this?
