Awards – The Yes I Can! Awards were established to honor children and youth with disabilities who have excelled. More than 30,000 children and youth have been recognized since the program’s inception in 1982. Based on his book, " It's So Much Work To Be Your Friend,” Rick will share insight to the world of children with learning disabilities and how they may view the social network with their peers, why they become a " bully magnet,” and how to address their needs more effectively.
