Guest guest
Gracie - there is a great kids movie (came out in 07 I think) called Ratatouille, about a rat that wanted to be a chef (weird, I know, but it works) ... anyway, there is a GREAT line from this movie where a food critic answering a comment that he's awfully skinny for someone who claims to like food - " I don't just LIKE food, I LOVE food... and if I DON'T love it, I don't SWALLOW it! " Great image Not that I go around spitting out my food these days, but I just love that idea, and I'm almost always willing to throw away food that I decide doesn't taste good after all. even if I just paid good money for it LOL! Mikki Hi , I like the idea of eating Only the Best Stuff. What a wonderful idea! I'm going to try it. Thanks. Gracie To: IntuitiveEating_Support From: maryb40@... If I'm going to get chocolate, get some good stuff, not cheap stuff.. I should pick food I like and want. If I'm going to eat, eat the good stuff. be that good chocolate, or good pizza. Or good lettuce!
