(We'll be using the black/turquoise ones today in honor of the Carolina Panthers. OK...OK...so I'm am an eternal optimist in my choice of pro-football teams!) I am thrilled to report a 4.5 pound loss for this week!! That puts me at a total of 8 pounds gone forever! Thanks to everyone for all the support! I couldn't do it without you!
