Homeopathic treatment or TTFD? - help!

Hello everybody,

I am looking into starting chelation with my 4.5 son (mild autistic).

The DAN Dr, that we have seen recommended the TTFD cream, L-

Glutathione cream and B-12 (1000mcg)sublingual.

We did also talked with an naturalist, homeopath doctor, which gave

us an oral natural chelator, and he said that is very effective but

takes longer than other chelators to show results.

I would be very greatful to find pros and cons of the 2 methods.

Knowing that on this post parents in general are showing the best

results with ALA/DMSA method, I would address this question to Andy

and the parents that have used one or the other from the 2 above and

could give me their opinion. I would really really appreciate it.

As a note, my son's hair test (done at Great Smokies Lab) showed high

levels only for lead and antimony, but the nutrients are all over the

map, so probably the toxicity is worse than it looks on the paper.

Also he is very thin, not much of an appetite (he has been on GFCF

diet for 3 months) and it seems that is not absorbing any nutrients.

Thank you very much in advance for taking time and respond to me, and

sorry for such a long message.

Luana

Well, you aren't going to get anything done with a doctor who doesn't

evne know what a chelator is and what does and doesn't remove heavy

metals, so you might as well strike this one off your list.

In addition, the TTFD is dangerous. Since it also doesn't remove any

heavy metals it seems unlikely the risks are justified.

Depends on what is in it and how you were told to use it, but generally

this kind of thing isn't chelators, isn't effective, and is an

indication the doctor has no clue. Enumerate ingredients and we'll see

if I'm wrong for once.

The second method is hard to address except by guesswork based on the

atmospherics. All that matters is what is in the stuff and how you use

it - the particular sect of the medical religion the prescribing doctor

worships isn't relevant to what the chemicals do inside human beings.

So to answer I need ingredients, amounts, and administration frequency.

HI Luana-- I can't answer your question but want to clarify that

there is no oral natural chelator in homeopathy. There are products

within the realm of naturopathy that are sold as natural chelators.

You would probably need to post the ingredients to the board if you

want people to comment on it.
