Guest guest
Hi Everyone- So far, by paying attention to what I'm REALLY hungry for, when I'm actually hungry, it's been a great surprise to find out that I (almost) NEVER want sugary foods (the stuff I tend to binge on). I'm so shocked and a little bit sad that I never want the sugar. However, I always want a bite or two of something sweet after I'm done eating. It's never because I'm hungry, but because I " want/need " that taste. Has anyone experienced this, and does the need for that " sugar shot " go away? Thanks!
