I asked Jill (below) and this is for anyone denied ABA coverage in the last 6

years, not necessarily post autism/insurance bill passage.

Steve

Please forward to anyone who has been denied coverage for coverage for ABA

therapy

Subject: Aba lawsuit for benefits

I recently wrote an add for our local newspaper, see attached.

http://pdf.keysnews.com/specialsections/healthfile.pdf

A lawyer happened to read it that was in the process of filing a suit with BCBS

for a family who was told aba was not covered for their child with asd. My

husband and I have met with her and will be one of the main representives of a

class action lawsuit asking that we be reimbursed for aba therapy we were denied

coverage for.

The lawyer is currently seeking any parents that would like to join our suit

whether you decided to do the therapy or not may not matter, what matters is

that you asked and were denied coverage. Also any insurance provided is ok. It

does not have to be BCBS or United, it can be any insurer. If you are interested

please contact me asap.
