Guest guest Posted April 7, 2009 Report Share Posted April 7, 2009 Hello, newbie here and I'm wondering where to start at this. I have been heavy, off and on, most of my life. I have tried most of the diet groups, weightwatchers, curves, tops, etc., and have lost 100's of pounds only to slowly but surely gain them all back again. I am searching for a better, healthlier way to not only lose weight but keep it off. I need to be more intune with what my body wants and needs, not with what my mind thinks it needs and wants. I am at the moment heavier then I have ever been in my life & I am determined to change the direction I have been going for awhile now. I want to learn and I need teachers.
