Guest guest
Well, I don't know if it's progress or not. On the one hand, I had several oatmeal cookies for breakfast, small homemade cookies, but still. On the other hand, it is the season where you can buy bags of black jellybeans at Target, and two days ago I bought one, as well as a bag of Cadbury mini-eggs for my husband. Two years ago at this time I was on WW and ate something like four pounds of them, duly counting every one, and I wouldn't have Cadbury anything in the house. Now, so far I have had, maybe, six individual jelly beans, and like three of the mini-eggs. They are both miraculously out-of-sight, out-of-mind (well, the mini-eggs are gone now thanks to my skinny-ass husband.) Then also, I went to the grocery store to see what could be had for dinner, and I saw some green beans and was all " I MUST HAVE THOSE GREEN BEANS " . Being vegetarians we eat vegetables but green beans are not on the standard rotation for some reason. So I bought some and steamed them up and we had them with some fake gravy, and they were quite good. I just thought my disinterest in jelly beans relative to green beans was kind of funny. It's certainly not something I would have anticipated. thea
