Guest guest Posted January 2, 2000 Report Share Posted January 2, 2000 , I would stay away from any doctor who claims to practice a procedure that is outside of his/her area of specialty. I recently watched a horrific episode on 20/20 or Dateline (not sure which show) about doctors from any and all specialties who are reinventing themselves as plastic surgeons by attending weekend training courses. Some of their patients or rather victims had some pretty sad stories to tell. You are better off waiting until you find a doctor with more relevant experience. Good luck.
