Guest guest
I've had the best five of six days I've ever had. I have been savouring every bite of every food. I put the finger food or fork down between every bite and I savour the flavour. I am eating more meals away from the TV. I am noticing when I'm hungry - I eat and when I think I am full - I stop. I feel more satisfied and I don't like to eat when not hungry or over eat anymore. I did slip one night as I did not enjoy my eating experience. I did not want to hurt my husband's feelings and I ate it anyway then when I did find something to savour I was already full but ate past my full anyway. Once I did mention to my husband that I did not enjoy the meal he said that's okay you don't have to like everything I make. I did not let that slip carry on, I did not beat myself up I accepted it at the time and have now moved on. By the way I don't like chips. I had 10 different bags at different times and just don't like them!! I used chips when I was angry. Jo.
