Guest guest Posted April 5, 2005 Report Share Posted April 5, 2005 It has been a few days since I have written (been busier at work so I don't have as much time as I did). I had some ups and downs in the last couple of weeks. I restarted SBD last Tuesday, but did decide to eat fruit and some whole wheat products. And I lost 4 pounds!!! I am so happy! This is great after my gain over Easter weekend. Many people were talking about veggies and how to cook them. I love asparagus, but rarely get it fresh. I find that if you can get it frozen it is cheaper, and it comes out better than canned. I also love a little shredded parmesan cheese on veggies (broccoli especially). I try to do that in restaurants a lot...I always find eating plain steamed veggies a bit boring in a restaurant (esp. when there is all those carbs around!) and it helps me so much when I have just a little sprinkle of cheese, -- Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
