Guest guest
---, I think you really need to add something to your lifestyle change. Get going on some exercise. That will give you even more incentive to walk away from the plate and keep your good progress moving forward. Have you mentioned increasing your water consuption? Carry that water bottle around with you and drink, drink, drink. That will help keep your snacky hands busy and your stomach fuller too. Often what feels like hunger is really thirst. Add more veggies to your meals, eat slower. Get a hobby to get your mind busy off of food. I would eat something healthy then eat junk and ice cream. So I know that when I eat now, it is still good healthy food but I think years of gorging myself has set up this pattern. > > I also used to snack all day long. Anytime I would walk through the kitchen I would grab a handful of chips or a cookie, whatever I could grab, finish it and go back for more. Now, I am only allowing myself jello and cheese sticks. > > It takes about 6 weeks to break bad habits so I figure these carvings will subside in another month or so. > >
