Notes/Comments:

No snack last night because I wanted a real pepsi. Just so some don't get confused, my journal begins with my evening meal. I'm still chugging back the water so I will probably have drank 100 ounces by 3 pm. I stop then so I am not up all night. Just one cup of green tea later on and then sips of water.

If we defend our habits, we have no intentions of quitting them.
