Guest guest
Hi Barbara, Look on the bottle and see if it has niacin or if it has niacinamide or nocotinamide. They are synthetic and will not work well without the natural form. Most labels also have the % of RDA for each vitamin listed. Brewers yeast is a very good natural source but in smaller amounts. It contains the whole family of vitamin B's and minerals. Minerals are not included in vitamin supplements in proper ratio. I have looked many multivitamin and mineral combinations that were called complete and they are lacking in minerals. Without the minerals first the vitamins are useless. And without enzymes and good microbes, the nutrients are not processed and can not be used. When this occurs most of the food becomes undigested matter. Transit time slows and now bacteria and canddia has a food source. They both multiply and start to over power the good microbes. The good microbes can no longer process food and more undigested food passes. So to break this cycle it will take chewing your food into very small particles, and having minerals, vitamins, enzymes and probiotic supplements[ microbes] included in your diet. All the items listed in my supplements are factors and in combination will supply everything needed to regain digsetive balance. And it will take a whole combination to see complete results. I could have just said continue with the brewers yeast but I got a little carried a way, ha ha. Best wishes, Mark BEEBUSPROD@... wrote: > Hi Mark, > Re the brewers yeast, I am taking a B multivitamin and tolerating the niacin > in it.
