i really like the 10 minute workout stuff. i don't know if you guys have seen

them, but there's a million different versions. the dvd series i have is called

" quickfix " and i was pleased with them.

the thing is really believing that there's nothing wrong with only doing ten

minutes -- or NO minutes, if you don't want to exercise! i had a hard time with

that. i still do. it's often hard for me to figure out whether i want to go to

the gym or do i just feel i ought to, being fat and all.

That is very interest. I use Kettlenetics excerises. Because I like the

challenges and they are fun. Usual I got so bored with excerise easy to the

point I would not do it anymore. Since I started this one and I have not got

bored yet.

Walking is very extreme boring for me. Being deaf that is without partner to go

with. Most people tend have some music with them while they are gone for walking

which I do not have that opportunity and reason why I got so boring going for

walking alone.
