I think you are still missing what we are saying about the length

of time to stay 100% legal.

It's until one year after the last symptom is gone. So, when he is

completely healed and has no GI problems... you stay on the diet

for one more year... Then, you could begin to try reintroducing

illegal foods.

As for enzymes, I think they are great and my kids take them.
