I missed it somehow and would love to try that links trick. To be able to just enter rxlist and the drug, or whatever other site and the words sounds great and I'd like to see if I can do it with IE6. It happens a lot that someone who is not a transcriptionist comes into a list and says something like that. I've seen it a million times. LOL Perhaps she didn't realize how it would come across when she posted her message. It's kind of one of those 'unless you've worn my headphones you have no business telling me how to do my job' things. Sad it happened, but I do understand how you all felt I do hate when things like this happen. Sometimes they just happen. All is quiet and then BOOM, a big ol' bunch of fussin'. I will add that any less than tactful replies to someone, while not encouraged, should go to them privately. I'm not sure if this applies to anything that happened today or not, it is just a general reminder that is always important to say.
