Guest guest Posted September 25, 2004 Report Share Posted September 25, 2004 I made homemade yoghurt for the first time with a Donvier yoghurt maker and starting with raw goat's milk. I boiled as directed, let cool, used Custom Probiotics starter, and let ferment for 24 hours per the book. There was an orangish tinge on the surface of the yoghurt. Every seen that?
