Guest guest
Good evening everyone! This patient has the following discharge diagnoses: 1. Abscess, left foreleg and diabetic leg infection. 2. Poorly controlled diabetes mellitus type 1. 3. Hypertension. On presentation to the office the patient was noted to have what appeared to be cellulitis of the leg. There were some **s/l flufulent** areas in the areas of cellulitis and the concern was that he may have had an abscess. His blood sugar was over 400 mg%. Any idea what my sounds like might be? Thank you! Meg
