Guest guest Posted April 5, 2009 Report Share Posted April 5, 2009 I posted this before but my inlaws came to visit and I can't find it to see any responses so please forgive me if this is repeditive. I have been eating this way for some time. My problem is I am about 40 lbs. overweight. My doctor is pressing me to loose weight for various health reasons. How do I loose weight? The thought of dieting triggers food focus. I was really lost in this maize for most of my life and I can't go back, but I have to get the weight off. Does anyone have any solutions?
