WoW thanks. This sounds just like what happens to me. Four days ago, I was in

the middle of belching hard and coughing from stuck Popcorn kernel, so pain

in my arm was unexpected. I do keep a running log of what I do. [i have short

term memory problems from my low BP.] So, I went back and checked my log and

saw that I had woken up that morning with sore right armpit and right shoulder.

I suppose I forgot to prop my arm that morning with the pillow. I also

ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO PROP MY NECK. If I sleep on my side, my neck goes too far to

the

side. A flexible short neck I guess :-<. This time, I had been up all night

" aggressively " doing paper work. My new stack of hospital bills and stuff :-(.

When my usual circulation pain started I chose to ignore it. I continued to

work. Stubbornly! The result now is my achy arm. At that time, it hurt to cough

after the first cough attack. So bad that, I carefully made sure NOT to cough

hard like that again. I presumed, I must have pulled something? Later, my knees

and right foot joined in aching. [Note: I mostly hurt ONLY on my right side.]

I also think these painful events have some type of cycle. Thank you for your

comments and excuse my run on :->.

Hubby update: Bill is back in the hospital for his first Chemotherapy today

and my mood is " weird with worry. " He had to be admitted and will stay the

night. Caro.
