the chinese prepare soy milk by boiling soy beans for hours. i'm not

saying this makes it better, or if it removes the goitrogens; i'm just

saying you wouldn't need a $100 machine.

but almond milk is mmmmmmm. coconut milk i don't love but it's an

ingredient in many curries and stuff that i eat, anyway.

Glad I'm not Chinese cuz ain't gonna happen at my house. I'll stick with the

almond & coconut milks for now & see how I do on those. Pricey tho so will have

to use them sparingly & mixed with water for the most part. Except on cereals or

in sugar free desserts I can eat.

ALL soy mild IS bad for the thyroid hormones. All of it.
