Guest guest Posted June 27, 2002 Report Share Posted June 27, 2002 (((Weezie))) I'm always glad to help! *wink* ((((thank you for your message)))) Here is the WW Macaroni Salad recipe, from WW International - - I didn't originally post it, though. *also* I use half as much of the dressing ingredients (FF sour cream, FF mayo, and pickle relish) as the recipe says - this way, I can indulge in 1 cup of the macaroni salad for 5 points. *Important Note: I think the original recipe was figured out with the OLD points for 1 cup of cooked pasta - it used to be 3 points per cup, cooked. It changed earlier this year - Now, 1 cup of cooked pasta = 4 points. Thus, 1 cup of this macaroni salad, using half the dressing suggested, = 5 points [Also, I cook my macaroni for salad until it is soft, not al dente - 8 ounces of macaroni cooked this way becomes almost 6 cups cooked.) If you like very creamy salads, then I would suggest you follow the amounts in the recipe rather than my variation. Recipe - * Exported from MasterCook * * WW Macaroni Salad Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 pound uncooked macaroni -- cooked and kept warm 3/4 cup(s) fat-free mayonnaise 1/4 cup(s) fat-free sour cream 3 tbsp sweet pickle relish 1 medium sweet red pepper(s) -- seeded and diced 1 medium bell pepper(s) -- seeded and diced 1 medium carrot(s) -- diced 1/4 cup(s) red onion(s) -- minced 1/8 tsp table salt -- or to taste 1/8 tsp black pepper -- or to taste Instructions 1.
