Guest guest
Hi Ladies- First, let me apologize for not being as active on the booard as I have in the past. I have been in a " holding pattern " when it comes to ttc since my rescetion, so I have decided to take advantage of that " down time " and travel as much as I can for work. By the time I get back to my hotel room in the evening there are anywhere from 50 to 80 messages...my mind is just swimming, and unfortunately I can't keep up. I have been diliquent, sorry. That being said, I hope someone is willing and can answer my questions. My RE placed me on 28 days of Premarin (estrogen), at a high dose of 2.5 mg per day. I took my last dose yesterday. He indicated that AF should arrive anywhere from immediately after I stop Premarin or up to 2 weeks later. Does this make sense? I have noticed that most of you who were placed on hormones after surgery also took progesterone. Should I be taking progetserone at this point? Were any of you placed on only estrogen after resection, and if so, how long before AF showed up? Any input would be appreciated. I am anxious to have my follow-up SHG, but can't do so until after AF " comes a knockin " . Thanks, Aleida 34, SU resected 8/26/
