Guest guest
First, his total bili has gone up from 3.2 last Tuesday, to 4.0 Thursday, to 4.6 Sunday, to 5.0 Monday. So, final diagnosis on his liver biopsy sample says: " Established cirrhosis, inactive, consistent with extrahepatic biliary obstruction. " It also says: " Specimen B is designated 'liver biopsy'. The specimen consists of one variegated light green to dark green tissue core measuring 2.0 x 0.1 cm. Entirely submitted. " Now, I highly doubt that " light green to dark green " is normal for liver tissue!!! Any thoughts from you PSC and liver veterans out there?
