Guest guest
Thanks ladies, Also, I'm a student and after dinner, I need to do homework. Immediately after dinner, I want dessert, I've been eating too much, and as a result, I can't stay awake, and am too full to concentrate or be productive. I think this week, I'm going to start considering more of that stomach hunger and how food will make me feel. How do you distinguish saying no to a craving or emotional eating from dieting? I don't want that same type of diet backlash from telling myself no. on the plus side, although I am larger than when I started, I have lost inches in my waist. this could simply be water weight and bloating, which is fine by me. I bought a belt a couple weeks ago, and tried to wear it this week around my waist, and it was about 3 inches too big! That does make me feel a bit better because my eating has definitely calmed down. Just shows that you don't have to be perfect to experience some weight loss. Banishing that all or nothing mentality! sorry so long! > > > > > > > > I started off the new year doing Intuitive eating as suggested by my > > therapist.
