Always, Kotex etc...Try Naturacare or Seventh Generation instead!

I too have had a lot of success with Seventh Generation or Naturacare

Tampons and pads. They were recomended by my vulvar specialist and I

noticed they were much less irritating. They are made from 100% unbleached

cotton or in the case of the pads wood pulp. Also I was advised to always

use tampons whenever possible as they go in farther than the area of

irritation and you do not have to sit on it and have the moisture against

your skin all day.
