Guest guest
I am totally anal about germs and my yogurt and am wondering what you goes would do : I had my yogurt cooling a sink of cold water and had put paper towel over the top to keep stuff off and out cause I had to leave to get at school and didn't take it off when I sat it in the sink. Course the paper towel soaked up the water and got wet, but not so wet it was dripping into the milk. However, the wet towel was touching the edge of the pan and I did pour the milk over the edge into the yogurt maker. I don't know why I didn't think bout that before or I would have most likely re-boiled it, but now it's in the yogurt maker. What do you guys think? We have well water if that makes a difference. And of course a sink is a sink. it 'looked' clean, but WHO KNOWS. this was the second sink of water I had used so it had been rinsed once already.
