Yup all carbs are equal -- that is why the ADA says that we can eat

anything that anyone else can eat including sugar.

What they don't say is that all fast acting carbs are equally terrible &

raise one's bg's fast & high. That there are healthy nutritious slow

acting carbs such as veggies which any diabetic with half a brain should

focus their diet on in order to keep the disease at bay as much as

possible.

I wonder why some enterprising journalist has not done a full scale

expose on the ADA & write a book on the resulting research finds?
