Hi all

JUST A FEW QUICK QUESTIONS.

1. If you take zinc to avoid hairloss later..how much?

2. I'm three weeks out and really tired when did people get their energy back

?

3. When people list their water totals for the day are you counting all

liquids consumed or just water 'cause you're a better guy than me if you can

really drink 60ish+ ounces of plain water a day. I can only seem to get in

about 24 ounces of water and 30 or so of crystal lite or fruit2O. Is this

okay?

Lastly Beth how is is she still at NWH?
