Yes Sunflower's a health food store. We have no Trader Joe's here either. I used

to shop there too but can't anymore. I can't eat eggs either...allergies to

dairy with the candida...causes acidity & stomach/intestinal distress. My

daughter left a couple of dozen eggs here from her last visit. I've been eating

those & they're making me too acid with diarrhea so have to quit that. I'm about

out of them anyway now. But now have to eat a lot of rice to calm that down &

absorb the acid. I'd eat bananas too if I had any.

Thanx for trying to be helpful but I think I'm about to go " no mail " on this

group for a while. It's just too depressing. I'm not going to be reading

anything else about what to eat or not either online or off. To hell with it

all. Not until I get the Armour generic anyway to see if it works.

I'm also not going to throw away all the stuff I've got or just bought either. I

can't afford to that. I'll just keep eating it until it runs out whether it

kills me or not. If it does, it might be doing me a favor. I haven't got a car

to drive to go buy any more stuff anyway & I'm broke now until I get my next

monthly social security check. So this is going no place fast here with me &

frankly, I'm too old, lonely & tired to care anymore.

Is Sunflower a health store where you live?Ive gone to Whole Foods for 5 years

now,i dont remember the others i used to go too.I also buy supplements at Trader

Joes.Do you have one if those?I have thrown away alot of stuff too, over the

years.It can be frustrating!! I know that eggs are a good source of natural

lecithin,can you eat eggs?

I do alot of looking up stuff on the internet before i buy anything now,it

helps alot.

one on the topic of what is in 's medicine cabinet. It will show the

brand she takes

phen phen is what killed a couple people, i think. liver or kidney

failure or something like that? it's hard to say if it killed them

despite them following instructions, or if they overdosed it trying to

get faster results and they banned it just for safety reasons.
