I ordered my yogurt maker thru Lucy's Kitchen in January when I was starting to transition my son. So I automatically ordered their " Yogourmet " yogurt starter. Tonight I started the adventure of making yogurt for the first time and noticed on pecanbread's instructions it says to use " Custom Probiotic " yogurt starter.
