This is Patti, Mike's wife, he was transplanted almost two years ago......

INVALID???

my dear man, no - and I'm going to say this, for years, I feared a

transplant for Mike, I had these visions about him never being normal, or

whole, or still sick...

Had I known what I know now, what I live now, I would NEVER have feared it,

I would have welcomed it with open arms.....

He is healthy again, playing in his band, enjoying his daughter, being

active, living and loving his new life and looking toward a future,

something he would never allow himself to do before. We fought the disease

long and hard, we didn't give in easy, but the transplant was a blessing in

so many ways.

Please take care

Patti & Mike
