Hi List,

I just read info in the Kirkman book on intestinal disorders tha too high a

level of zinc or copper can cause bloody diahearrah(sp?). Pfeiffer has my son on

100 mgs of zinc a day all at one time at night. His latest testing showed that

he still needs zinc but that his copper/zinc is in better balance than it

was.His stools are not loose . It is perfectly formed and normal looking except

for a portion that is woven inside the stool that looks like red blood. His

pathogenic bacteria levels are fine(thanks to biocidin and monolaurin) and his

yeast has a +1 on his cspt thru great smokies. He does have alpha and gamma strep

bacteria showing. Also saccharomyces cerevisiae has reared its ugly head (which

can mutate from from staph aureus which he had in +4 numbers). The stool test

confirmed the presence of blood and he has an appointment in 2 weeks. My question

is this:does anybody out there know if I should stop giving him his digestive

enzymes? He said his stomach does not hurt.He is currently taking Omegazyme from

Garden of Life.
