Guest guest
Hello, This question is mainly for Andy, or anyone else who thinks they might know the answer. I recently had all my amalgams replaced with composite fillings (about 15 total). I started chelating using Andy's every 4 hour protocol with 50mg DMSA, (I weigh 210 lbs) 4 days after the last one was out, which was June 12th. I did the first round 5 days on 4 off and the second round 7 days on with 4 or 5 off. For the 3rd round I upped the dosage to 100mg and did that for 3 1/2 on 3 1/2 off. I'm into my 4th " round " and doing good so far with only minor side effects and my question is when can I introduce ALA? I know Andy recommends 3 months but is there any way to speed that up, if for example your ON periods each round are longer than his recommended 3 days on with 4 or 11 off? I ask this because a 3 on 4 off schedule would be about 12 days of " active " chelation a month and a 3 on 11 off would only be about 6 a month. The way I've been doing it, my active days for the first month will be about 19. So again, would it be safe for me to introduce ALA sooner than 3 months after I started chelating?
