Guest guest Posted January 1, 2001 Report Share Posted January 1, 2001 Watched a good show called Headliners and Legends yesterday on MSNBC chronicling the life and career of Downey Jr, turns out that Downey Sr was a cocaine addict himself, recovered for about 15 years now I think it said. He was the one that gave Jr some pot to smoke when he was 8 years old. No wonder the guy has some problems with a role model like that as a father. I am not blaming the father here, but parents like that make me sick. I also didn't realize that Jr dropped out of high school in his senior year and finally got his GED while he was in prison this last time. People were squawking about how this one judge, Judge Mira was always giving him time out of prison to finish a movie or work on something. He was given all sorts of breaks from this judge and kept screwing it up himself. I bet he does some ha! rd time this time, he has gone before this same judge almost every time he did something to violate probation.
