Guest guest
India, I want to try her workouts. Thanks for mentioning them. That is just what I need when the weather is bad which is happening soon. I also do Tae bo, Crunch salsa work out and another crunch dance work out, I love these. I watch the fitness station too and if I see something I like, then I just get up and do it. So sometimes I get a double workout. Shauna indiaink99@... wrote: I cant possible me the only one working out at home --------------------- OK, I have a wimpy one called " Yoga for the Rest of Us " that's good for stretchy things and it starts out in a chair, so it's good. And it's old ladies (older than me!) so I feel stupid, but it helps. My favorite is a walk-fit tape by Sansone ... she has a lot of different walking type tapes. At certain times she'll say how many miles you've gone ... and it's different movements, not just walking ... works up a sweat. When I first started it and couldn't do very much yet (well, it's how it would be now as I haven't done it in awhile), I'd do every other move till I could keep up. I also have the Tae Bo system that it dry-rotting on my shelf cuz I'm nowhere near being able to do them ... and Blanks Boot Camp ... same thing. I also have ones from a long time ago, but I'm sorry, that guy just annoys me and I can't use them. Hope this helps a little.
