Guest guest Posted August 30, 2006 Report Share Posted August 30, 2006 I woke up this morning and wasn't hungry so I decided to wait awhile. As the day went on I still wasn't hungry, and haven't been all day it is now almost 4:00pm. I have only eaten two pieces of fat free cheese and 1/2 popcicle and I really didn't want that, all I want is water. I think about food, I think about foods I'd LIKE to have, but know I can't and when I do eat, I get so full so fast because I can't eat much, so I have gotten to the point where I really don't want anything. What do you do when you get like that? Yesterday I was concentrating so much on trying to get proteins in that I had to force myself to eat every couple hours and maybe that is the reason I don't want anything today.
