Coronary/cardiac history

Hi everyone.

I am planning to start on the SB Diet again soon but was wondering

if there is anyone out there who is a cardiac/coronary " patient " ,

like me, who might want to become my diet buddy??!!

I have a 4 year " stent " history and would love to find someone else

out there in a similar situation. I can share more of my story as

time goes on, but right now I'm just checking to see if there is

anyone out there who can relate to what I have gone thru and will go

thru in the future. I need that buddy to boost me and let me help

boost them.

For the record, I am 41, married 20+ years, mom of 2 gorgeous boys

(age 7 and 8), work part-time, have tried WW and LA to lose weight

and would like to lose about 30 lbs (ideally could lose probably 50,

but that would turn me into someone I have never known before, so

let's stick with 30 for now! lol).
